Introduction

MatthewShuman.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is a biographical and informational campaign website developed by John Taylor Holdings, LLC dba John Taylor Consulting (the “Operator”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas.

The focus of the Website is to provide a seamless and transparent user experience that allows visitors to the Website to learn about Matthew Shuman’s experience and vision for a stronger American Legion. The information you provide via the Website allows the Operator to improve their reach of what information prospective supporters may be interested in, as well as allowing Matthew Shuman (the “Candidate”) to be responsive to his visitors and other interested parties.

The Operator reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time in compliance with all applicable regulations. Therefore, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. You will be notified of new changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and observing the updated revision date at the top of the policy. Changes are effective immediately. If such changes require us to proactively notify you, we will suspend the use of your information until we receive your consent.

The Website is subject to the jurisdiction, enforcement, and investigatory authority of the United States Federal Trade Commission and the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Neither the Website, Operator nor the Candidate are affiliated in any official capacity with The American Legion, and no such association should be construed.

What Information We Collect and How We Collect It

For each visitor to the Website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor’s domain name and IP address, but not the visitor’s e-mail address unless that information is voluntarily submitted by the visitor in one of the forms on the site.
